At Faith and Fields Design, we take great care in producing and delivering high-quality custom apparel. Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing

All items are custom-made to order. Production timelines will be communicated at the time of ordering or fundraiser launch and may vary based on order size, product availability, and design approval.

Fundraiser & Group Order Delivery

For fundraiser and group orders, items are typically:

Delivered directly to the designated organizer, school, or group representative, or
Shipped to the address provided by the organizer at checkout

Once the order has been delivered to the organizer or designated recipient, [Your Business Name] is no longer responsible for:

Lost, damaged, or missing items
Incorrect distribution of items
Items not picked up by individual participants

Any issues after delivery must be resolved between the organizer and participants.

Shipping Orders

For orders requiring shipment:

Shipping addresses must be accurate and complete at checkout
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information is provided, responsibility transfers to the customer and/or shipping carrier

Delays caused by the shipping carrier
Lost or stolen packages after shipment
Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

Customers are responsible for filing claims with the carrier when applicable.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges to reship the order.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is offered, customers or organizers will be notified when orders are ready. Faith and Fields Design is not responsible for orders left unclaimed after pickup notification.
