Refund & Exchange Policy

Effective Date: December 14, 2025

At Faith and Fields Design, all products are custom-made to order. Because of the personalized nature of screen printing and apparel, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

No Refunds or Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for:

• Incorrect sizes

• Color preferences

• Buyer’s remorse

• Orders placed in error

 

​Order Accuracy & Changes

Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be changed or canceled for any reason. Customers are responsible for verifying all order details before submitting, including but not limited to:

• Garment size and quantity

• Color selections

• Spelling, names, and numbers

• Shipping address and contact information

Faith and Fields Design is not responsible for errors once an order has been placed.

 

Exceptions
Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the rare event of:

• A printing error made by Faith and Fields Design

• A manufacturer defect

Any approved issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery, along with clear photos of the issue.
