Refund & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our business, all items are custom made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, color options, and size charts before submitting an order to ensure the best possible fit and satisfaction. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to make changes after production has begun. If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

​Order Accuracy & Changes

Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be changed or canceled for any reason. Customers are responsible for verifying all order details before submitting, including but not limited to garment size and quantity, color selections, spelling, names, and numbers, shipping address and contact information. ​Faith and Fields Design is not responsible for errors once an order has been placed.
Exceptions
Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the rare event of a printing error made by Faith and Fields Design or a a manufacturer defect on the apparel.

Any approved issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery, along with clear photos of the issue.
