Welcome to Faith and Fields Design. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Products & Custom Orders

All products are custom-made to order. Because of the personalized nature of screen printing and apparel, all sales are final once production has begun, except in cases of manufacturer defect or printing error caused by Faith and Fields Design.

Order Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all mockups, sizes, quantities, colors, and spelling prior to production. Faith and Fields Design is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

Fundraisers & Group Orders

For fundraiser and group orders:

One individual or organization acts as the organizer and point of contact
Orders are produced based on the information provided by the organizer
Once items are delivered to the organizer or shipped, Faith and Fields Design is no longer responsible for loss, damage, or distribution issues

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Full payment is required prior to production unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Production Time

Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on order size, design approval, and product availability. Faith and Fields Design is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates only. Once an order has shipped or been delivered to the designated recipient or organizer, responsibility transfers to the customer. Faith and Fields Design is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, logos, and content created by Faith and Fields Design remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers confirm they have legal rights to any artwork provided for printing.

Cancellations & Changes

Orders may not be canceled or changed once production has begun. Any approved changes prior to production may result in additional fees.

Limitation of Liability

Faith and Fields Design shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles.
